3 Can a beginner use a medical capsule polisher?
Machine Installation Requirements
This machine can be used on any flat surface and only requires a single-phase three-pin socket (~220V).
After the machine is set up, connect the vacuum cleaner and power supply. Place the container below the discharge port and observe the vacuum cleaner operation and test the speed control performance. If it is operating normally, add a small amount of chemical to the hopper for polishing. Adjust the machine frame tilt angle based on the surface condition of the polished chemical. After polishing, the chemical meets the requirements and can be put into production. After a batch of chemical is produced, it should be idle for two minutes to remove dust from the conveyor pipe before polishing a different chemical.
Polishing Time Adjustment
Adjusting the machine frame tilt angle (changing the height difference between the discharge port and the feed port) changes the chemical residence time in the polisher. A larger tilt angle results in a longer polishing time, and vice versa. When adjusting, first firmly support the rear end of the frame to prevent the bracket from becoming unbalanced and damaging the frame after loosening the locking screws. Adjust the frame’s tilt angle and retighten the locking screws.
Cleaning
Use a wrench to loosen the setscrews at both ends. Remove the cover, lift up the upper cover, tear off the mesh, loosen the coupling setscrews, carefully remove the shaft, blow it clean with compressed air, reinstall it in the opposite direction, and test-twist it manually for 1-2 turns. Only start the machine if there are no signs of binding or abnormalities.
